SPEEDY HEALING?

If your physical therapist says that you need "phonophoresis", it means that you will receive a special ultrasound treatment in which medication is driven below the skin by sound waves.

Phono means sound. Ultrasound uses high frequency sound waves to vibrate water molecules beneath the skin to increase circulation and speed up your healing process.
