We are located in the historic rotunda in Baltimore, Maryland. To get to our physical therapy facility follow these directions:
FROM POINTS NORTH:
Take I-83 S toward Baltimore to 9A-9B for Cold Spring Lane E. Turn left at W Cold Spring Lane. Turn right at Falls Road then turn left at W 41st Street. Make a slight right at W 40th St and you will see the building on your right in about 200 yards.
FROM POINTS SOUTH:
From Pratt Street turn left at South President Street. Continue on I-83 N/Jones Falls Expressway. Take exit 8A for Falls Rd/MD-25 N. From Falls Road turn right at W 40th Street. Make a slight right to stay on W 40th St and you will see the building on your right in about 200 yards.
FROM POINTS EAST:
From Erdman Avenue, turn left at Harford Rd/MD-147. Turn right at E 32nd St then continue on E 33rd St. Make a slight right at E University Pkwy, then a slight left at W 40th Street. The Rotunda will be on your left in about 400 yards.
FROM POINTS WEST:
Head east on Liberty Heights Ave/MD-26 toward Gwynn Oak Ave. Turn left at Hillsdale Road. Turn right at Ridgewood Ave. Turn right at Garrison Blvd. Turn left at W Cold Spring Lane. Turn right at Falls Road. Turn left at W 41st Street. Make a slight right at W 40th St and you will see the building on your right in about 200 yards.
HOT OR COLD THERAPY?
If you're recovering from a very recent joint replacement, your therapist won't likely use heat therapy to treat you. Heat is not helpful in acute recovery from surgical procedures, as it increases swelling.
